Three Ways to Give
Generosity is among the most natural ways to express our faith and make a difference. When you give, it’s a tangible way to trust God. And with your offerings, Suncrest is investing in children, helping people through Celebrate Recovery, reaching out to struggling teens, meeting needs in our community and around the world.
Everyone’s situation is unique so Suncrest offers multiple ways to give financially to our mission.
1. Worship Services
You can drop your gifts in the bags as they are passed at any of our worship services. Offering envelopes are available on the tables in the back for cash gifts.
2. Automated from your Checking Account
This option is perfect for those who want the convenience and routine of setting up a system that will make recurring gifts automatically on the 15th and/or 30th of each month. You can print out a simple brochure about it that includes the form to turn in to our business office. Click here for the brochure (once you're finished with the brochure, click your back arrow to return to this page).
3. Online using your Debit Card
You can use this option at your convenience to make either one-time gifts or recurring gifts. The system is secure and simple to register for. Click here to get started.
FAQ about Giving at Suncrest
Why not by Credit Card? In addition to significant fees for the church to process credit card transactions, Suncrest doesn’t want to encourage people taking on credit card debt in any way. We teach about the Biblical Wisdom and freedom that come with eliminating debt in Financial Peace University, a course we offer multiple times each year.
Who oversees Suncrest Finances? Our Business Management Team is made up of professionals within our congregation to ensure our financial integrity and give direction to other administrative issues. Currently on the team are a small-business owner, an auditor, a quality control manager, a CPA, and an Insurance agent.
Are my gifts tax-deductible? Yes, Suncrest is a registered 501(c)3 organization and all gifts made to existing church funds (General Fund, Benevolence Fund) are tax deductible. The only gifts that are not tax-deductible are any gifts made with restrictions for their use.
